Clergy Peer Coaching

Clergy Peer Coaching is a program within the Rocky Mountain Conference that has trained pastor-coaches walk alongside a peer clergy leader to help that person grow toward his or her goals in life and ministry.

The Rev. Dr. Youngsook C. Kang is the Rocky Mountain Conference Coaching Program Coordinator, a Certified Life Coach by International Coach Federation, and an Endorsed Life Coach by the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry of The United Methodist Church. For more information about Clergy Peer Coaching, please see the following brochure.
